Hello everyone my name is Steven Nacario and I am an aspiring graphic artist...I wish to gain experience with designcontest.com by working with real people.

I got no paypal account and I really want to enter some contests...

Hello Steven

, welcome to DC. Not having a Paypal account is not a problem, but not having a Portfolio IS. Before entering any contest you need to be accepted in the design team, in order to do that, first you need to have an online portfolio and apply here: Join the Design Team
Then, the Design Team Comitee will evaluate your samples.
In the meantime, you are welcome to participate in the comunity and in the
Non guaranteed contests . This will help you practice and get better, and also make your portfolio grow
