Since Jenn (jlinds72) will be very busy in a couple of months, DC is looking for a new treasurer. Even though there will be some reward (10% minus paypal fees) it is more a volunteer job. You must have a paypal account and be a trustworthy and reliable person and of course willing to take part in DC development. Please, post your applications and questions in this thread. Thank you!

1) You must be 18+ years old
2) You must have a paypal account connected to both:
a) A credit card
b) A separate bank account for the DC.net website
3) You must reside in North America

I would be more than willing to help out with whoever takes over this position - at least for the first couple of months. What would happen, is that all new deposits would be deposited to the new treasurer's account. I would finish out the current contests that i'm holding, until the account that I have is at zero.
I created a spreadsheet that I keep updated alongside the paypal account, and that has worked really well for me. I make sure that both the paypal account & spreadsheet balance so that I know that i'm on track. I occasionally transfer prize funds into my personal bank account in the case of the winning designers not having paypal access. I also transfer funds through Xoom & Western Union which isn't a problem, just takes a little longer.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask

I meet the requirements except for the separate bank account one..not sure if I want to do that.
In order to register as a premiere paypal account member, you need to verify it with both a credit card and a bank account. The premiere account is needed because there's no limit as to how much money you can send & receive each month as there is as a basic paypal account member.
