I think that u should take out the Photography and Misc graphic sections..and add a freelance section where people can request websites..This would give people with free time on there hands and also give them a chance to improve their designs..by making site for people with know money or alternative to offer...

Also I think that you should create a job section where people can post if there company needs staff..also people will be able to post if they are looking for something to do in there spare time..
