Well, the blue links on the dark blue are a bit difficult to see. Also, the 'Links' link goes to a 404. Other than that, a good start.

I dont like:
neon blue boarder (http://speed-addiction.com/home.html)
It's too wide for most, (I have 21inch monitor, and with my favorites tab open, I bottom scroll bar shows up)
Background is too dark, I think it would look much better with light colors or white background. and blue links don't look good on blue background.
I Like:
Header is nice.

Change the colors so they are not as dark and loud. Experiment with different combinations of three colors: 1 main, and 2 trim.
Provide enough contrast between the background and the text so it is readable. I can barely see the blue links (top links are fine). The regular text looks fine though.
Remove the moving things behind the links. They are annoying.
Decent splash page, but get rid of the silvery effect on the speedometer. It would look a lot more professional without the effect.
Make it so there is some space from the top of the browser window to the content.
Choose a different font. Vector fonts don't work well with flash. You can find some sweet pixel fonts at http://www.orgdot.com/aliasfonts/
Keep working on it and you will be happy with the outcome.
Thanks,
Brendan Benson

Good colors, kinda depicts a grave look , which is pretty relative.
The spining "Got Speed" is very irritating to the eye. it doesnt have that punch of ' SPEED ' in it when it revolves. make it zip past or try relating that " got speed " to something thats actually getting speed !
Nice side bars . the roll over yellow is terrible , doesnt go with the site brand colors .
over all a 5 on 10 .. definitely need more exposure , try http://www.bestflash...te.com/archive/ < go thru all the different links and pick up some tips on color combos , but do remember ,,, maintain the theme ... all the best !
