New to levelling

Hi new to levelling somthing here! I posted on the threads hour ago, I reached level 5 something went wrong... back to level 1 again. Anybody can explain?

I was hired on DC to work with client by ONE-ON-ONE section. I was designning the rest of designs (shopping cart, products category and so on), because i won one contest, and CH want to work with me to do all the pages.
