as far as i know in Corel you can work at the same time with CMYK and RGB, but if you work in CMYK and want to convert all your work to RGB the only way i know is selecting every object in your work and converting the CMYK color to RGB color.

in corel you can work with both color modes . go to "window" > color palettes > check the default rgb palette. Right click on the rgb palette and set as default. If you want to change all the colors from a design to rgb: edit > find and replace > replace objects > replace a color model or palette

In Corel Draw you can replace color mode from one to another just as replacing and object. To replace the color more follow the steps;
... Edit > Find & Replace > Replace Objects
... Replace a color model or palettes > next
... Find any color model or palettes
... Replace with the color model
... Finish

enjoy! the changed color mode.

Very useful post. I have never worked in different color mode from the necessary one but it is good to know that it possible to change it whenever you want.
