I know in Adobe Illustrator there's a way to create a border that is from a graphic. You draw a border then choose a brush that is made up of various graphics. You click that brush and the border is lined with that graphic.

How is that done in Corel Draw? Is it possible?

The same can be done using Artistic Media Tool. Create a border then go to Effects and Artistic Media...Pallete will open to the right...select your border you created earlier and click on any artistic media style. Enjoy :)
