When I was in college, I did not have the pleasure of learning web design like I wanted to and now this seems to be all that businesses are looking for. I am trying to expand my knowledge on my own, but I am having a hard time with it. I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some good tips on where to find easy to learn tutorials or how to pick up CSS/HTML quickly. Thanks.

W3Schools Online Web Tutorials could be a good place to start. Start by making your own stuff and asking questions when you're stuck

I must say that I have done a few through Software training online-tutorials for Adobe, Microsoft, Apple & more (Lynda.com) I find them outstanding. You can check youtube for some clips.
In the beginning and I learned this the hard way it's better to use the dreamweaver templates and modify them, why, because they are already compatible with most search engines.

Good luck!

Check out Youtube, there are tons of tutorials on there. Some better than others. Whatever you do, learn to handcode CSS/HTML yourself because you will be better off in the long run. Make sure to thoroughly comment your code as well.
