Good start - just start adding maybe more shadow/color variations and layers in the face and clothes etc. and you'll be good! Great job.

That's a great start, but you definetely need to add in shadows like Liz said. I think I like the top one best, mainly because she has a much more distinct figure than in the others. Add in some lines for the hair too or just seperate it out a bit more to add some detail. Keep working at it...

Yeah, the first one is definitely the better of the four. I think they look good. Some say more shadow but I think its all a matter of what style you are trying to portray. Keep up the good work!
