why my winning medal not showing up in portfolio?

I just win the BFY design&development logo

I just wondering why my gold medal and the design i've just won not showing up on my portfolio?but indeed it says that i had won the contest.
well,previously when i won a contest it would always appear when CH pick the winner.
I Just want fill my curiousity.
And one more,
CH already pick me as a winner,but it appears that CH is not quite responsive person
when the contest is active CH not giving feedback or comment etc.And i found when i submit my winning files he's just not respond either,kinda weird.
but i know that i hv 7days to wait and i still positive thinking,
but i have the question,..

what if CH is not responding after 7days has passed?
and what happened to the reward if CH abandoning the contest after pick the winner?

Congrats on your contest win!

You need to give the ch time to reply! If the ch doesn't have any edits for you and doesn't cloes the contest we will after 7 days

The gold medal will not show up in your portfolio for this one..it is marked hidden and blind. Your medal count will show but actual medal and entries for this contest will not show up

Sherie why is that? I think gold medals from the blind contest after everything is finish should appear in portfolio. After all client will use that logo/design in public.

it will not show up in this one he was asking about because the contest is marked "both" hidden and blind. all hidden contests will not have any entries or medals show in portfolios

I can understand this very well. But maybe comments may be published after the competition. It's probably pretty hard to clean all reviews links.
