To add a text shadow using Dreamweaver CS6 follow the below steps:
1.From the CSS styles pane, select the name of a style in the CSS styles panel.
2.Click on Add Property
3. From the drop down list, choose the property name and text-shadow
4. Click on the small arrow on the right to select the arrow and then open the text shadow settings.
5. Enter your x and y offsets, color, blur radius, and then press Enter.
Dreamweaver will now generate the CSS3 code to create the text shadow and it will include it in your selected style rule definition.
