I don't see practical use of this for myself personally but I spent an hour straight playing with this cool toy :) what do you think about it?

Is this the same as Google Maps? It's cool. I wonder if it could be used as a spy tool...

My sister complained a bit when I drove a three hundred foot high pin through the roof of her previously comfortable Norfolk semi.

Otherwise, monstrous potential here. :)

Well, I can see how it would help a poor lost helicopter pilot find his way. Of course, he's not likely to have DSL on the chopper. Pretty fun to play with though!

Hey yeah, fun to use and much about with but a practical use kinda not there. If i wanted to find where i needed to go i would use a street directory, hell i have to anyway since its only for the US. hmmm what will follow

It's pretty amazing to think that those images were taken from a satilite miles from the earth. Right into your back yard!

Its pretty neat - usefull? dunno

Also i dont get how the images a put togeather - is it all sattelite or a composite of 3d graphics and sattelite imagery?

If its all sattelite im wondering how come all the buldings are grey but other elements such as cars are different colors. - anyone have an idea?
