To make a sketch affect of a picture using PSP do the following:
1.Open the image that you want to apply the sketch effect on.
2. Go to layers->duplicate.
3.Then go to Adjust->Hue and Saturation->Hue/Saturation/Lightness and set the saturation to -100 and then click ok.
4.Go to Layers->duplicate and then go to layers->new adjustment layer->invert.
5.Go to layers->merge->merge down.
6.Go to layers->properties and set the blend mode to t 100% Opacity.
7.Go to adjust->blur->blur more.
8. Then go to layers->merge->merge all.
