Missing RAW and CS5 option from Bridge

When trying to take a photo from bridge to either RAW or CS5 for processing, those options are no longer available. I get a msg that they are not in the system.



I have re-installed CS5 but no returning email has arrived from Adobe confirming instillation activity has been completed.
