To disable commenting on a WprdPress Page do the following:
1.Login to you WP as admin
2.Go to Dashboard->pages and select the page you want to disable commenting on and click on Edit.
3.From the Edit page, go to screen option and check the option Discusion.
4.Now go to the bottom of the Edit page and uncheck the options Allow comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.
5.Click on Update to save.
