Maybe this has already been suggested, but I wondered if it would be possible to put the date of the first post in the forums list?

Viewing new posts is a little help, but sometimes the new post is about a way old contest.

Maybe there could be a column for contest begins and ends? Don't know how you'd do it, but I'm not a programmer! :)
