1. Open your Photoshop CS3. Go to File-> menu and->Open. Navigate to your water picture and open it.
2.Click on the "Lasso" tool from the "Tools" pane. To make the reflection out of, draw an outline just around the part of the water. Include some white caps and waves, avoiding any land areas or anything other than watrer.
3.Right-click on the blinking lines that appeared after selecting the water. Select the option "Layer via Copy.” If your check the "Layers" palette in you will see a new Layer 1 with the water cut out in it, and with the section right-side up.
4. Go to Edit and select "Flip Vertical." The section of the water becomes a reflection, and is now piled on top of the original.
5. Select the Move tool, and slowly drag your flipped water section down, until its top is touching the original’s base, making the reflection complete.
