1. You can ga CSS template from any HTML text editor, like as Dreamweaver, or you can find a third-party template on the Web
2. Create a new HTML file or you can open an existing one using your text editor.
3. Save your CSS file using the the ".css" extension and then upload it to your server. Make sure you put the document in the same folder that contains your other Web files. You can use an FTP application, like Fetch, to upload the file.
4. In your HTML document, look for the "<head></head>" tags and place a link to the CSS file between these two tags. This will assign the formatting rules to your document.
Ex.
<head><link href="yourfile.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"></head>
5. Open the CSS file and make any style rule adjustments. Find the specific rule that you want to change and edit the value after the colon. For example, if you want to change the font color from white to red, you would change it from "{ color: white }" , to this "{ color: red }".
6. Save the CSS and HTML files. Now launch your browser to preview the page. You can use the open file option on your browser to select the file and preview it.

CSS (cascading Style Sheet) is a helpfully template for web using. You can find more CSS templates in templatemo.com web pages, they are free. This is the fast way to make a web pages. Just open an Index, or other different html page in a Dreamweaver, you can rename all the elements from CSS templates as you want to make. You have a possible tool panel where you can see the ways how are the elements are created, you can see the way for every link, this tool menu is on a right side automatically. You can set images from images examples places. If that is worked in a Fireworks, it need a possible style sheet just double clik on a name of image link on a right tool menu, You will see CSS, Flash-they are on that place, and in a Fireworks if that is image, just double clik, and drag and drop second image on that and apply on that name of image-the link will be work correctly. That is important if you have a banner maked on that principe as CSS template.

IMPORTANT!
CSS Templates some doesnt work correctly-thinking on Contact web page, because they are not linked on correctly path way. a href contact web page, some works correctly, but you can try with CSS templates, because they are the best way for making a web in a short time and fast way.

his property specifies the width of an element's rendering box for block-level and replaced elements. Negative values are not allowed.
