Are there any minimum prize amounts on contests or can contest holders set whatever prize they want, irrelevant of how insulting it may be? I cant find any information on minimum prize amounts.

and i just wanna ask about a guaranteed prize and the NOT guaranteed prize. please elaborate the difference between the two..because i've sent some designs to contest that have gone closed and still not getting any feedback from the CH if they are going to choose a winner or anything (they are a NOT guaranteed feedback)

A guaranteed contest is guaranteed a winner, if the ch doesn't choose a winner then we will put that guaranteed contest up for poll mode for you, the designers to choose a winner.
A non guaranteed contest is normal procedure, if the ch abandons the contest then the contest prize is split with the highest rated designers in the contest

The CH for On The Marc Training is looking for a logo design (not necessarily a stationery design... he mentions this in comments section). The prize amount is too low.
