Corel account

I logged into my Corel account to download the 6.1 and 6.3 updates. I then tried to access the knowledge base but go this message:

Authorization Required

You must first log in or register before accessing this page.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Is it necessary to install 6.1 and become a member in order to access the knowledgebase? Thanks.

did you original software? if no, u can't update.

I don't think there are many different among those version.
Anyway, if you wish, you have to reinstall the program
