To change the language of your Adobe Dreamweaver do the following:
1.Open your Dreamweaver application and if you want to work on a project, open it or create a new one.
2.Go to File->Preferences.
3.Go to the General tab on the dialog box left side.
4.Go to the drop down list next to "Spelling Dictionary" and select the language you want. Then click ok and save
