When a Contest Holder requests a one-on-one, how do you supply them the design files?

I am able to upload a png/jpg file, but cannot upload a zipped file of the .ai and pdf file.

The client needs to request design files - they should have a button to do so. Once they do that, you should be provided with an upload button.
