1.Launch PSP and open the two images to be merged.
2.From your first image you can either select the entire image by going to "Selections" ->"Select All" or pressing (Ctrl+A) OR you can select a part of the image using the tool "Freehand Selection" and using the mouse to draw the selection around whatever you need to keep.
3. copy (Ctrl+C) the contents of your canvas and close the first image file.
4.Now go to the second image and go to Edit->paste->As New Layer (Or press Ctrl+L).
5 .Drag the image you just added to the position you want it to be.
6.Go to"Layers"-> "Merge"-> "Merge All ".
7.Go to "File" ->"Save As" and save.
