despite of each sin, i wanted that all the postcards follow a sexy line. i hope you like them
here are my entries... just in time!

wow....abstract is great, this is what I had in mind, rather than be obvious, you've created pieces that invoke the feeling of the sin...great job:D
I especially like the wrath one, it feels really mad, and full of energy...
and the gluttony, really well done, subtle in the really round center form...great job!
thats great that you used your wife as the subject:)
I think they are a great start, love how you tied them all together with the uniform look(stripes) but seem unfinished? Maybe adding more depth, with other images/art, texture or type? And I love the pride picture, but feel like the grey doesn't compliment the theme of 'Pride'????
Good interpretation....the image is a little to dark, I had trouble making out what the center image was, maybe add some contrast to the piece?
Thanks everyone for your entries, great ideas/concepts.... I'd love to see some more:)

I agree with resurepus...love the comedy take on wrath, very original, but just a simple tweak to the background (via pshop) would of made your image 'pop', and look finished......still a great idea:)
Fantastic...now the image pops, I can make out central image, it does look like 'war', wrath, a dark feeling image, I think you did a great job...bravo:0)
I will post the winner within the next 48hrs. stay tuned...thanks again for entering....

but i really don´t think that he should be the winner. i can´t understand why you thought that his entry was better than zii´s. indeed, lemieuxster was from my point of view much better. in fact lemieuxter´s has a solid idea behind, the concept is clean and clear; maybe his graphic resolution wasn´t the best, but his idea was great. zii´s concept was brilliant and his pieces communicated in a great way the feelings of the sins.
can you tell me why nicholas won? at his piece i don´t see anger, wrath or anything. the only concept that communicates that piece to my is WAR or NUCLEAR WAR. that´s not a deadly sin. it´s graphically poor, just a bunch of photoshop filters with no other intention that make a crazy background.
please, explain me because i don´t understand. i´m really surprised... i´m really are. in fact, reading the feedback you made to zii, was very clear that he would be the winner. and i was 100% agree with that resolution, because his concept and graphic were superb. abstract and right to the heart.
i hope this post doesn´t hurt nichola´s feelings. i´m sure he can make a whole lot of things much better than this.
sorry, but i´m really confused about this.

first of all, congratulations to nicholas for winning the contest. enjoy your price and the step you achieved that puts you more close to be part of the design team!

Number one - I didn't use a single filter lol - a wacom tablet can work wonders!
Number two - No feedback is the only bad feedback, thank you for pointing out your opinion. It in no way makes me feel bad! If you read what is around my post, you will see more clearly my point of view on the piece. The history behind the gas mask and what people feel when they see one ect especially in countries outside the U.S. where I live. Thanks again!

Congratulations Nikolas! I like your entry cos it really express dark feelings. That's very good.
To tell u the truth I agree with lordrott. Even it was not me I would agree with him again. I suppose that the answer of his questions is that Nicholas hasn't won any contest but I did almost twice (I was runner-up in the first). I might be wrong, that's just what think.
I don't take part in this contests because I want to win a DC T-shirt. I have one and I'll keep long it because that's one of the best prices I've ever got. But I really want to be a DC team member.
As I said yesterday in another post in this site - I am sure that the next community contest will be a great challenge for all of us. Good luck!
