Does it mean like SVG and EPS or does it also want the file on the program you used? Can someone please explain?

For logo source files, you must provide the logo as a vector file. I always provide the CH with every file format that they will need: ai, eps, pdf, tiff, jpeg, png, jpg, psd. I provide them with their color logo as well as a black only version in case they ever need.

This tells you what you have to supply as a minimum-

The CH may have further requirements and of course you can always give more if you think it'll be helpful.
