Is there any limitation for CH to determine the winner after the contest had been closed?

its really up to the ch...though if it gets late dc sends a notice to the ch and if still there isint any reply...it is considered abandoned....and the highest rated designs get paid 45$..

there is no limitation i have experience i participate in the contest the contest holder pick the winner 2 months after the contest is closed as routh explain if ch not pick up the winner the high rated design get paid
