I won a contest and submitted revisions but CH is not responding..

I won a contest Deconreto Latinoamerica almost 3 weeks now.

I submitted the final product but the CH asked for greyscale/black and white version and I did and uploaded the files already. But its not responding queries now. How long would a CH finalize everything its been almost 3 weeks now since I was declared as winner.
