how long do I get my prize money

My contest winners - the full moon eye. and already a week ago but I have not got the prize money from the contest holder ... I've also uploaded my design ... How long is it before the CH has to pay the prize money?

After you upload your source files, Contest Holders have 1 week to check files to make sure they have everything they need. If it has already been a week, turn in a help ticket to request payout. I think sometimes the CH gets busy and forgets to come back and finalize the contest.
