Dear Design Contest Representative,
I tried to upload the winning design, but received the following message:
"The file(s) uploaded were too large to process."
I'd like to know what is the size limit and what can be done if my file is larger.
Thank you,

Hi Sharie
Thank you for the quick reply.
I tried to upload multiple files. After the failure, I tried to upload one of them separately and the upload was successful!
My questions are:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Is it is possible to upload additional files without removing the file I have already uploaded?
2. Do I have to wait for the CH to download the first file before I upload other files?
3. What would be the best way to upload additional files?
Kind regards,
DesignByLenny
What contest is this for?
If this is for the poster contests we have designers use a file share type program like google drive or you send it type for these large files,
When you upload source files, the ch has to download first then you can upload again, otherwise the new upload covers the older upload.
If you are going to us a large file share site then post to the client in the finalization area that this needs to be done, the client will share the email addressed they want you to use to share, after you have this information then share the large file and post the link in the finalization area so we know and the client can go and download
