One on One Projects

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is any limitation on the amounts offered in One on One Projects.
For example, if the minimum amount for a design in a specific category is X,
would it be legal / acceptable for a CH to offer amounts which are much lower/higher than X?

No limits. If the money is too low you can request a higher amount.
