Just out of curiosity, how do the web design contests work? Do designers create the design using HTML/CSS or just create the web design layout for the CH using Photoshop/graphics software?

I've never entered a web design contest, just wondering how it works. If anyone could give me some insight I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

HI there

Most of the time these files will be photoshop psd files, but sometimes a client a specific file format they want or need so always ask the client if this in not in the contest brief. All website and app contests are for the graphics template ready for slicing and coding .... NO coding from designers unless you can code and contestholder might choose you in a 1on1 project to do the coding
