I received a couple of notifications about CH requesting for refund recently. The reason was that they didn't find any design that meets what they wanted.
I don't know if this is a new rule that the CH can ask for a refund after he/she initiates a contest and receives many designs for his/her reference "for free".
It seems to me that it's quite unfair for us designers in this rule.
And I was wondering why there were so many contests that are expired and haven't closed for a long time. Some are guaranteed contests. Does it mean that there are so many CHs abandoning their contests?
