Question about Ratings and Submissions

Hey everyone!  I'm a newb to the site and just submitted my first entry as a designer.  I got an email stating that I received 35 ranking points, and then a minute later, another email stating I received 0 ranking points...  Does this mean the contest creator ranked my submission and then changed his/her mind?

Also, I read that you can submit up to 3 entries...  if you have already submitted one, do you simply goto the contest page and click "Submit Design" to add another?  ...Since this is my first contest, i want to make sure i'm doing it right.

The change in rating would be from the contestholder. It could be just as you said contestholder changed mind on rating. Contestholders can change rating to any entry  

Designers  no longer have  upload limits to contests, upload limits went away  in September of 2014
