One on One help.

Hi I'm not sure about what the ch is asking for here,he has started 3 one on ones with me and has offered 99$ for each of them,but in the comments section of the third design he said i quote  "How about $100 for the 3 of them?".
i don't understand,if he started a 99$ per design one on one with me why is he asking for 100$ for all of them,i don't quite understand how one of one works,i had a couple of one on ones but i never negotiated,help me out please.
if i accept the 99$ per design will the one on one start?

but again he offered me 99$ per design and is saying100$ for all of them.
 

1on1 projects are set up to negotiate the dollar amount. The end dollar amount is up to you and ch to agree on. You need to make sure  you both are on the same page as far as how much for each. If you want to sell the designs for  25 bucks each that is up to you and ch to agree on.  If you want to sell each  for  50 you can tell the ch this in the negotiation, when you reply you set a dollar amount for what you want to sell them for

Hi Admin, im just follow.up about my "ono on one " projectweld last 8/28/15. because until now i have no feedback from the project holder since i was sign the copyrights agreement.

I noticed that I don't receive notifications for some comments during 1-1 negotiations. And I had 2 projects with no replays. So maybe some CHs don't receive notifications and think the designer didn't response or don't want the project.
