New Layout

Here is a new layout i am working on. I can design sites on photoshop buy my problems are coding them and slicing. I dont know how 2 slice up a site in photoshop so i will have to have someone do it for me. Can u tell me what i should do to make this layout batter. I havent made the top banner yet and have only made what you can see above.

ok thanks alot. You know anyone who would slice it for me ?? it will just depend if i carry on this design. I am most likely goin to design a clan site for ReB so i would just like that sliced n coded
