About uploads designs

I'm new, I'm level 1, concerning the upload, I can only upload 3, they are per month, per contest, I would like to know the time. Thank you

We do not have upload limits any more just don't spam the contest with same entry and color changes or font changes when client has not asked for them

Mockups are allowed, but not full design of tamplate. 

Hi admin i just noticed i have won the howei,s tiki contest. The contest holder wants some design changes as the rule suggest that he or she can alter changes for one week. He did not give much feedback about the conetest or the designs as well. I hope i will not be awarded infraction points if all the files are not submitted in the next 24 hours. Its urgent please help me.

My source file is over 100 mb how can i upload the files
