no final round for contest?

Hi everybody

since i new here i'm a little bit confuse.

is there any final round in a contest?

and what is "expired" in contest?

i see same question about the "expired" in forum but i still not generally understood what that means.

When you see expired contest, that means we designers can't submit designs because the contest already reached the deadline set by the Contest Holder or by DC, I'm not sure who haha. Sometimes CH will award soon and sometimes they extend the contest:)

i see, so there is no final round or CH pick/choose 3 or 4 designer to continue working with.

i think i have one extended contest, i see it from 6 days and change into another 10 days hahaha.

When a contest goes expired it means the contest is waiting for the ch to either choose a winner or extend the contest. Designers can't submit entries or reply to comments on expired contests. Contestholders set and pay for contest duration.  After the ch chooses a winner, the ch then has  7 more days to work with the winner in the private finalization area
