How to identify 3 prize winner contest???

Hi every i'm new to DC and i'm glad to say i won a contest yesterday. I want to know how to identify 3 prize winner contest??? Almost every finished contest i see in DC are having 3winner Gold, Silver and Bronze. Is every Silver and Bronze Medal person paid prize for the contest???

 Most contests are  1 prize only contests

In a  3 prize contest if you have  gold,silver or bronze you will be sent message to upload source files, you also will be prompted to upload source files when on the contest entry page

All  3 prize contests have   a prize icon  above the the prize amount, when you hover mouse over the icon you will see the prize amount you can win for each (gold,silver and bronze)  We currently do not have any 3 prize contests running
