Hi there,
Just awesome!
I think the teeth and the ear need a bit to be more realistic; n terms of colour/light/shadow and size proportionality to the overall face,
Also, it'd be nice to put a background that helps the hair appear nicely.
these are my two cents
*I'm not a native english, and those technical expressions seem to be not very accurate.
