I replied to this live chat

stating you need to go to the designers chat and vote on the contests that are in vote right now, once those in vote clear the next abandoned contests will go up for vote

It is not up for voting yet, go to designers chat and vote on the abandoned contests listed right now once those have designer vote win I will add new abandoned contests to vote on
