I have a question about " Plain html " in the question " Do you have a specific Content Management System in mind? " in the brief of website design, is that mean that the design must be coded ? thank you in advance.

website  contests are for design only. It is good for designers to know what type of website becasue some desings work better with different websites. A plain html  design willl not work for someone wanting WP in the end
