Great discussion! Time for me to chime in. 
I love all of your choices and think its great to discuss them, as now we can all search the favs and download them too.
Here is a list of my favs!! Coolvetica, Domyouji, Droid, HandelGothic, Harabara, Lovers Quarrel (lowercase), Neuropol, Orbitron, Raleway Thin, Roboto, Sansation, Xscale....

That's nice! I like script fonts in general very much (and at the same time trying to avoid them in designs), currently my all-time favourite must be Aquiline Two, can't exactly figure why.. Maybe because its roughness. ;D
