Contest in Finalization since one Month

I have won this contest and submitted the source file.....

CH was happy and took my name to add in credits of the final print....since then it has been one month and the funds have not been released....repeated messages to client and have got no response...still contest shows as Finalization.

kindly help me in this closure and release funds.
