FInalization upload zip file stuck.

Hi, DC. In finalization page, while I was going to upload the zip file, its stuck in 100%, so I was not able to move to next step. is this any influence from new website system? please help.

yes, i experienced it too, i have sent the change file as requested by CH, preview and source file, and re-signed the agreement,

everything seems fine, but CH confirms that haven't received the file, can admin help me, thanks

sorry to bother you sharie,

I have modified the file three times and sent (uploaded) the file, but CH still says it hasn't received it,

I don't understand what happened, all buttons and controls and notifications work normally, is it possible that CH doesn't understand how it works or how ,

please help, thank you.

I posted and emailed the ch  you will see in finalizationalso please try to upload again but name the zipped file something new as well as use trash can to remove old one and completely sign the cta form again
