CH used design from contest without make a finalization

I has saw one of my design has been used by CH on his facebook post before. This is for the contest that i has joined before:

This contest itself has been expired since 3 months ago and i found the post on the last May before. I has report this problem twice, but there is no action about this. Thanks

1. What is/are entry(es) in question?
2. Would you add the image(s) links from facebook.
   I have no access to facebook, and it asks to login first when clicking the OP link!

All I found googling this "https:// www.facebook .com/stjohnbeachbum/" is this image below:

notice it has numbers on it: 6, 4, so I can imagine  -since I can't access CH's fb page- they're trying to run a vote so followers can help suggest what's the perfect one for CH to pick as the winner!  -that's my view!-

I think Support team can contact'em w/ a friendly reminder or so to pick winner & close contest
And since contest is guaranteed, they will have to get it closed.

Notice, contest status: Expired - 2 months ago so you will need to be patient as older contests need to be closed too! just patience and relax, no rush!

Above all of that, wish CH is Okay!
