Gourmet is misspelled -- unless Gormet was intentional??
I also cannot read the restaurant name.
Will you also provide Contact & Directions links? Those are the two main reasons I look at a restaurant's website. Somewhere small at the bottom will work.

HI.......the overall feeling is WAY to dark, a restaurants site should be inviting, easy to use......the liquid metal filter is neat, but it really is distraction in a logo(was this designed in photoshop? or illustrator)
most people go to restaurant site(like KHDZN said) for directions, menu....The name is unclear....

Okay, i will post a revision as soon as possible. Remember the home page isn't finished yet so it will most definitely have contact and directions =)
I will see what it looks like without the effects on the logo, and possibly try a different font.
The header and the nav is really the only thing that is done. I was planning on taking that photo out and using a lighter color for the body. I will repost when i can =)
