Scene modes:There are many special modes for optimizing digital cameras settings such as portrait, landscape, pan-focus and twilight.
Continuous-shooting:Continuous time shooting have gotten faster, and the pauses between the time you hit the shutter-release button and the shot capture have decreased. Burst and continuous-shooting modes does this.
Macro mode:Macro mode allows you to take close-up shots and also allows you to take pictures of small objects.
White balance:Digital cameras have automatic white-balance settings allowing the camera to calculate a suitable color balance for your shot.
Video and audio modes: Although many digital cameras have video and audio modes, the features and resolution of video on digital still cameras can't compete with the camcorder properties. However to get the most motion-picture features from a still camera, use a digital camera that offers an extended video mode. And captures sound with the video.
