How to give a picture and old look using PSP ?

To give a picture the old look using PSP follow the below steps:

1.Open the picture that you want to apply the old look to and make a copy of it. Go to Window->Duplicate. You can work on either.
2.First Greyscale the picture and then return to the mode 16 million color.
3.Edit the contrast and brightness if necessary , until you reach the required brightness.
4.Now add a new layer.
5.On the new layer apply the flood fill effect with the "tint" color that you want.
6.Edit the opacity slider until you see the picture through the fill layer and until you are satisfied with the look.
7.If you want you can "wash out" your picture further, by right clicking on the picture layer button and selecting "Promote to Layer". Add another layer and drag it under the photo layer. Now Flood fill the bottom layer with the color white. You can also edit the opacity slider on your photo to wash it out even further.
