1.Paste Special
Dreamweaver special command "Paste Special." allows you to copy your information or from one place in your computer, and paste it your Dreamweaver with some important modifications.
2.Secure File Transfer
Using Dreamweaver you can upload your pages directly to your Webserver without needing any FTP. To use this feature, you need to adjust the Secure FTP settings. Go to "Site" then "Manage Sites."
From the "Advanced" tab go to the "Remote Info" tab and click on the "Access" drop-down and select FTP. Put your FTP client info and click ont "Test". Once it’s working, You will enable Dreamweaver to push Code Minimization
If you have finished a part of your site’s code and you are sure that you wont need to modify it, you can simply use Dreamweaver's Code Minimization to get it out of your way and free up workspace. You just have to select the portion of code you that you want to minimize, and simply hit the hyphen mark "-" on the left. That code you selected will remain minimized until you decide to expand it once again.
