When the contest is finalized the prize money is sent to your finance board, you can then send a payout request

The only way you would not be paid after chosen winner is if you failed to deliver the final requested files and make the changes or edits requested by the ch

I would just like to ask..what if .. the designer already submitted his winning design source files .. but, the CH did not released the prize to the designer .. is there anyway that the designer could get his/her prize?

yes but you still have to include an AI and or EPS file that is fully editable!
I had really bad time making the black and white version; is it necessary (n other design for example)? does "black and white" include grayscale?

Another thing....When a contestholder requests variations in the source files like color/black and white/grey scale please put those variations in their own file. Do not group them all into one AI or one EPS file. ALmost ALL contestholders do not have the programs to break these up.
SO your source files would have blue ai, red ai,yellow ai, bw ai , and or eps for example You can send a grouped file but please include separate files for each variation

I'm still have a question, If we won a poster contest, or banner, or flyer, or label contest that include some image or photo on it in raster format, can we just send *.psd file format and including all the image too that we are need? thank's..
